Cancellation & Refund Policy

The products and services offered consist of custom-made digital content and personalized designs.

1. Right of Withdrawal

• Since the products are custom-made for the user and digital access is provided immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
• Once digital access is granted, the service is deemed to have started immediately.

2. Cancellation and Refund

• After order confirmation and digital access, cancellation or refund is not possible.
• Dissatisfaction arising from user-provided content (text, images, notes, etc.) is not considered a valid reason for refund.

3. Exceptions

The following cases are considered exceptions:

• Inability to access digital content due to system errors
• Technical issues caused by the platform during production or delivery
• Delivery of content different from what was ordered

In such cases, free correction or renewed access will be provided after review.
