DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of digital content and/or digital services ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website www.getrevelo.com.

3. PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION

The product or service subject to this Agreement consists of:

Digitally delivered content and/or services
No physical shipment
Provided electronically and made available immediately or shortly after payment

All details such as price, scope, and description are stated on www.getrevelo.com.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

4.1. The digital product/service is delivered electronically once the payment is successfully completed.

4.2. Delivery does not involve physical shipment and is provided via e-mail, user account, or system access.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation;

There is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is delivered electronically and performed instantly.

5.2. By completing the purchase, the BUYER acknowledges and accepts this condition.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

6.1. Due to the nature of digital products, cancellation or refund is not possible after delivery.

6.2. In case of a technical issue preventing access to the service, the SELLER shall either resolve the issue or refund the payment.

7. PAYMENT

Payment is made by the BUYER via www.getrevelo.com using a credit card or the iyzico payment infrastructure.

8. LIABILITY

8.1. The SELLER is responsible for providing the digital content in accordance with its description.

8.2. The BUYER purchases the digital content for personal use only and may not copy, distribute, or share it without permission.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE

The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement by placing an order on www.getrevelo.com.

This Agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved.
